KŠD ŠŤOVÍČEK advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. (KŠD ŠŤOVÍČEK Law Office) is a Czech law firm operating in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.  KŠD ŠŤOVÍČEK advokátní kancelář, v.o.s. was established in 1999 by JUDr. Bohuslav Klein, current Chairman of the Court of Arbitration of the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic in Prague, under the previous commercial name Klein Šubrt Došková advokátní kancelář, v.o.s. (KŠD). In 2005 the law office of KŠD merged with the law office of JUDr. Jan Šťovíček, Ph.D. and Mgr. Lukáš Trojan. The partners of the new firm, KŠD ŠŤOVÍČEK advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., are JUDr. Jan Šťovíček, Ph.D.,  Lukáš Trojan and since 2007 JUDr. Petr Šťovíček.

KŠD ŠŤOVÍČEK is now one of the most dynamically developing Czech law offices with an extensive portfolio of legal services. The primary aim of KŠD ŠŤOVÍČEK is to provide perfect legal services that precisely meet the needs and requirements of both domestic and foreign clients.

KŠD ŠŤOVÍČEK is member of the International Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic (ICC CR). JUDr. Jan Šťovíček, Ph.D. was elected to the National Comittee in 2005 and again for period 2008-2009.
